Terms & Conditions
1. Orders placed with COD have to be confirmed by reverting to the notification sent via email or WhatsApp. The confirmation will need to come in within 48 hours of placing the order. After which the items will be restocked and order will be canceled. We will communicate order cancellation via email or whatsapp.
2. If you missed confirming within 48 hours, you will need to process a fresh order for the same or connect with us to re-process your order. Once the order is placed please confirm the order on email and on Whatsapp via the notification sent.
3. Please note items purchased on COD are not refundable but can be returned/ exchanged against a store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
5. The return and exchange will only be processed if the items are returned in its original condition - unworn and with its tags and packaging intact.
6. Any damage caused during transit while being sent to our office will lead to cancellation of return or exchange. The item will be sent back to the customer on receiving a delivery fee of Rs.150.
7. Customized items cannot be processed on COD.
8. Expedited items cannot be processed on COD.
